Sprung from the vibrant underground scene in Berlin, the fourpiece Seidenmatt combines indie electronica with their very own rhythmic take on postrock. Lining up with bass, drums, synth/laptop and guitar, the electronic sounds surrounding the analog beat all mix together with just a hint of Múm-like-singing at some points. The result is nothing less than pure genius.

Returning home from touring with the Appleseed Cast, Giardini Di Miro and Mono all over europe, the band recorded their second full length album "If you use this software often - buy it" in studio Bellevue in Berlin in the spring of 2005.
